About

About Elusive Innovations

Thirty-second team film, music only, with Dutch on-screen text. It shows the office on Romeinenweg in Oss, the team at work, and Mitchel (founder), Jari (founder), Maurice (founder), Maik (key account manager), and Aron (marketing). On-screen text: we take the manual work out of your reporting; builders, strategists and makers; book an intro call at elusiveinnovations.nl.

Elusive Innovations started at the end of 2025. The team brings over thirty years of combined experience: young enough to stay on top of what is happening in AI, around long enough to know what survives in production. We work for companies whose operation has outgrown parts of the software running it.

Services

Software for the steps that cost you time.

From connecting two systems to building a complete platform. Explore what fits your needs.

  • Custom software

Web applications · portals · internal tools · dashboards

Your package covers most of the work but misses a crucial step. We build the application, portal or internal tool that completes your process.

Cases

Systems in practice

What we built, and what has been running on it every day since. Each case sets out the situation before, the system we built and what changed in the operation.

Products

Three products that carry out the work.

Systems we have built more than once and now deliver as products. They work with your calendar, your CRM and the systems you already run.

Product · AI telephony

AI telephony assistants

From phone call to completed action.

Answers calls or places them, then carries out the action in your own systems: appointment booked, CRM updated, confirmation sent.

Example view of an incoming call. The caller asks for an appointment, the AI telephony assistant offers an available slot and then sets three actions in motion: the appointment is booked for Tuesday 10:30, the lead status in the CRM moves to appointment, and a confirmation is sent.
Product · Appraisal software

Appraisal Copilot

From recording to a written report field.

Drafts the text for each report field from your own recording of the visit, and every value carries the literal quote it came from.

Example view of a processed recording. The appraiser describes the living room, the copilot turns that into draft text for the report field, and then readies three things: the object description field is filled, the quote from the recording is recorded as its source, and year of construction and plot are pulled from the public registers.
Product · Knowledge layer

Company Brain

From scattered knowledge to an answer with a source.

A layer over the knowledge you already keep. Staff get an answer with the source, or it says it does not know.

Example view of Company Brain. Someone asks what was agreed with Van den Berg about lead time. The system answers from the 12 March meeting notes, with the source beside it. A person then confirms whether the claim stays.
Why Elusive

The work that happens beside your software

Companies rarely lose time to one large problem. They lose it to ten small handovers that happen outside the software and are written down nowhere.

  • Process first, code after

We sit with the people who do the work today.

  • Built around your process

Including the exceptions a package turns into a detour.

  • One party for the whole chain

Database, integrations and interface all come from us.

  • AI where work disappears

Only where we can point at the step it removes.

  • Extendable without a rebuild

An extra branch or department fits the same environment.

How we work

  1. Discover

We walk the process with the people who carry it out, and measure where the hours go today.

  2. Design

You see the screens and the structure before production code.

  3. Build

Each iteration leaves a working version you can use yourself.

  4. Integrate

Connected to your existing systems, tested on your own data.

  5. Scale

Two weeks of rollout with your team, a follow-up measurement, and who maintains what.

FAQ

Questions, answered

The things companies ask us most before starting a project.

How fast can you deliver a working system?

For a bounded application or a first version you see working software within a few weeks. We deliver in short iterations so you can steer early. Larger systems run longer; we agree the timeline upfront based on the scope.

Do I own the code and the system?

Yes. The custom code developed for you and your data are yours, under the project agreement. You receive the source code and documentation. Hosting, maintenance and any third-party services are agreed separately.

What does a project cost?

A Sprint starts at 999 euro: one defined deliverable with a fixed scope. Above that it depends on what needs building, and we work in a production-ready MVP or an ongoing Partnership. After the intro call you know which shape your question falls into.

Where does AI actually fit in?

Only where we can point at the step it removes. An assistant that handles a phone call and books the appointment, or a model that reads a supplier invoice and prepares it for the books. If it returns nothing, we do not build it.
