Marketing and Online Visibility

Making sure the customer who is searching finds you, in Google and in AI answers, and that the enquiry lands straight in your systems.

A good website nobody finds earns nothing. Neither does an enquiry left sitting in an inbox. We handle both: we make sure you are found, in Google, on the map and in the answers of ChatGPT and other AI assistants, and we make sure whatever comes in flows straight on to the systems you work in.

What we do

  • Building and running websites, including copy and a CMS you can update yourself
  • SEO: technical, content and local visibility through your Google Business Profile
  • Visibility in AI answers (GEO): making sure ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews mention you
  • Google and Meta advertising, with the budget on your own account
  • Content and social: blogs, Instagram, Facebook and photography
  • A monthly report on what was done and what it delivered

What you use it for

  • Your website is dated or does not bring in enquiries
  • Customers in your region find your competitor before they find you
  • You advertise, but do not know what it returns
  • Nobody keeps the website, social channels and campaigns up to date

Why a software company

Most marketing agencies stop at the form. After that an enquiry becomes an email, and that email gets retyped or forgotten. Because we also build the software, an enquiry keeps moving with us: into your CRM, with a notification to whoever needs to pick it up, and visible again in the numbers. So you see not only how many visitors came, but which of them became customers.

How we approach it

We start with a baseline: how findable are you today, where do enquiries come from and what happens to them next. That tells us what comes first. Sometimes it is the website, sometimes the Google Business Profile, sometimes the follow-up. After that we work month by month, with a fixed report, so you see what was done and what it does.

When more marketing is not the answer

If enquiries already sit unanswered, more traffic mostly produces more unanswered enquiries. Then it is wiser to sort out the follow-up first and only then open the tap further. We will say so when that is the case, and we can build that too.

Frequently asked

How is this different from Vindbaar.ai?

[Vindbaar.ai](https://vindbaar.ai) is our brand for fixed packages and tools: a website scan, a chatbot that books appointments, monthly optimisation. There you choose yourself and pay directly. This page is about bespoke work: marketing tuned to your business and connected to your systems.

What is GEO, and do I need it?

GEO stands for generative engine optimisation: making sure AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Perplexity mention you when someone asks a question you are the answer to. More and more people search that way instead of in Google. It builds on the same foundation as SEO: a site that says clearly what you do, for whom and where.

Who owns the advertising budget?

You do. Campaigns run on your own Google and Meta accounts, so you always see what is being spent and you keep the account if we ever stop.

What does it cost?

It depends on what needs doing: a new website is a different thing from monthly management of site, social channels and campaigns. After the baseline you receive a proposal with a fixed monthly fee, with no hours billed afterwards.

Can you do just the website?

Yes. An engagement can start with just the website and later expand to visibility and campaigns, or stop there.
